This service is comprised of multiple layers. The Kent and Sussex County Boundary has monuments which set the boundary line. These monuments have been GPS and points representing these monuments are also included in this service. The municipal boundaries layer is maintained by the Office of State Planning and Coordination. The Communities layer is comprised of data obtained from each county and merged into a seamless dataset.
