Thereby, this database includes Sites and Facilities in the following programs: HSCA Enforcement, HSCA-lead, Brownfield Program, Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), Long-Term Stewardship (LTS), and Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration (NRDAR).<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>The Delaware Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA) [7 Del. Code Chapter 91] gives the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) the authority to ensure cleanup of facilities with a release or imminent threat of release of hazardous substances.  HSCA and the associated Regulations Governing Hazardous Substance Cleanup (7 DE Admin. Code 1375) govern several programs including enforcement and State-lead sites, Brownfields Program, Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), Long-Term Stewardship (LTS), and Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration (NRDAR).  The DNREC-Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances \u2013 Remediation Section (DNREC-RS) is tasked with overseeing the compliance of laws and associated regulations.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>GIS ID \u2013 Site ID, format DE-####. <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Groundwater Rating \u2013 Applied to HSCA Sites/Facilities to guide DNREC Division of Water well permit reviews.
