The FFRD was a point shapefile with a permutation of return periods and sea level rise values for SWEL and TWEL. Using funding from FEMA's Cooperating Technical Partnership (CTP) grant, the State hired a contractor to interpolate and extrapolate these SWEL and TWEL values. The result was a raster to the extent of flooding for each return period and sea level rise scenario for SWEL and TWEL.<\/span><\/p><\/div>",
