Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;font-size:12pt'><p><span>Limited English Neighborhood layer was modeled after a similar layer produced by Pennoni and ejscreen technical documentation for Limited English Speaking Household. It uses the LU clipping process of Pennoni's workflow and considers all non-English speaking fields to calculate Limited English Percent similar to how EJScreen determines Limited English Speaking Households for the Supplemental Index.</span></p><p><span /></p><p><span>Workflow steps:</span></p><p><span> 1.
